About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to support our resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining high-quality standards. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • Maintaining and adhering to housekeeping detail standards
  • Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Making beds and replenishing supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens
  • Maintaining positive customer and associate relationships
  • Responding to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, guests, and owners
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Compensation and Benefits:
