Job Summary:

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and project teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data management processes, including filing and uploading documentation into our ERP system.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support the creation and distribution of reports and quotes, including uploading to our system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate material ordering and receiving, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
  • Issue purchase orders, managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule project construction workers, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate project and service activities in a mechanical environment, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, supporting the sales and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or 2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced computer skills an asset.
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset.
  • Strong coordination skills and project coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of Fire Protection industry or NFPA codes an asset.
  • Inventory handling and purchasing experience an asset.
