Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and margin delivery through effective client management and business development.
- Develop and implement retail strategies that deliver results, working closely with the Syndicated Retail sales team and Internal Operations leaders.
- Manage communication between clients and retail teams, ensuring seamless execution of retail programs.
- Monitor and report key business results, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
- Respond to and resolve client issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance.
- 3+ years of account management or operation/management experience in a broker environment or similar combination of education and experience.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with a proven track record of success in relationship building and management.
- Initiative-taker with outstanding organizational skills, strong abilities to multitask and prioritize, and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes.
- Experience in anticipating client needs and developing solutions.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required.
