Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to launch leading-edge features and applications.
  • Work across departments to create, estimate, and execute our product roadmap.
  • Conduct both primary and secondary research to confirm the problem statement.
  • Swiftly generate solutions that meet our business and user objectives through various UX deliverables.
  • Utilize our design system to create high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Validate design choices through both internal and external user testing.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and reconcile differing opinions.
  • Prepare designs to ensure engineering readiness for implementation.
  • Conduct functional and visual quality assurance.
  • Track the performance of your designs and proactively suggest optimizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX design.
  • A growing toolkit of UX methodologies applicable in various situations.
  • An instinctive understanding of appropriate fidelity levels for different tasks.
  • Experience in contributing to and utilizing design systems.
  • Ability to future-proof designs and iteratively enhance features.
  • Comfort in conducting primary research with managerial guidance.
  • Proficiency in using product analytics and data tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma and other design software.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and processes.
  • Understanding of React and other front-end technologies.
  • Proactive mindset and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and aesthetic sensibility.
