Job Title: Bilingual Specialist, Policy Analysis

CMHC is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Specialist, Policy Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our policy analysis team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data and making recommendations to support our government program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and make recommendations to support policy decisions
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Manage risk by exercising prudence and due diligence while reviewing, assessing and approving applications
  • Communicate decisions, interpreting policies and responding to inquiries related to CMHC's housing programs
  • Provide input to shape functional policies, products, and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce
  • Five (5) years' experience in construction financing, real estate, financial markets or credit risk analysis for Multi-Unit properties
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
