Event Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of significant conferences and events
- Communicate with both internal teams and external partners for event arrangements
- Manage registration platforms and compile post-event feedback
- Oversee financial documentation and invoicing processes
- Coordinate logistical elements and manage onsite operations
- Document meeting notes and provide support for team-related events
Qualifications:
- Completion of post-secondary education in Event or Hospitality Management
- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination
- Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage interruptions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
