Fitness Club Manager

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of front desk staff, personal trainers, and operations team members to ensure seamless club operations and exceptional member service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase membership penetration, and improve overall club performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain a clean, safe, and secure club environment.
- Collaborate with regional management to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive business results.
- 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of management experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
