Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to help us achieve our goals and shape the culture and future of our company. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Board to make decisions that support our brokerages and drive business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic planning, decision making, and tactical execution. You will be responsible for developing business plans, budgets, and goals for our broker partners and managers, as well as defining risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a COO or similar senior level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry
  • Proven track record leading teams, driving performance, follow-through, and accountability
  • Degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, or Business Administration
