We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to help us achieve our goals and shape the culture and future of our company. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for developing business plans, budgets, and goals that align with our overall company objectives.

You will work closely with our operations team to define risk mitigation initiatives and protect loss ratios and retention. Your experience as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry is essential.

We are looking for a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and accountability. If you have a degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, or Business Administration, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business plans, budgets, and goals that align with our overall company objectives

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry
