Join Collectivfide as Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Administrative Officer to help drive our company's growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our business strategies are executed effectively, and that our employees, broker partners, and shareholders are supported in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to establish risk mitigation initiatives that protect loss ratios and retention.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our broker partners and managers to ensure they are equipped to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success as a Chief Administrative Officer or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, broker partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
