Chief Administrative Officer

Collectivfide is a rapidly growing, privately owned company with a network of 11 broker partners founded on the values of the Mutual insurance community. As we approach our 5-year milestone, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Administrative Officer to help drive our continued success. With the support of our Board, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture and future of our company, while supporting our brokerages to become better than when we founded them.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring you to flex between providing strategic planning and decision making, as well as hands-on tactical tasks. You will be responsible for building out roadmaps for success, reporting on progress, milestones, successes, and challenges. In collaboration with the operations team, you will develop business plans, budgets, and establish goals for our broker partners/managers that align to overall company goals and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Board and senior leadership team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record leading teams, driving performance, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Previous experience working as a COO or similar senior-level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, Business Administration, or related field.
