Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
As a vital member of the Diagnostic Imaging team at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, the Diagnostic Sonographer will conduct various scans, including abdominal, OB/Gyn, Vascular, MSK, and Small Parts, as well as assist in interventional procedures. Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care is essential. Additionally, the Sonographer will participate in student clinical education to contribute to a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This Full Time position requires working days and evenings, including weekends and STAT holiday shifts, with additional duties as outlined in the job fact sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic scans using ultrasound technology
- Assist in interventional procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in student clinical education
- Work days, evenings, weekends, and STAT holiday shifts
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Experience in MSK is preferred
- Ability to work regularly and attend work consistently
