Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a General Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and lead the healthcare team in patient care and discharge coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Ability to speak an Indigenous language and/or knowledge of Indigenous customs and traditions.
