Job Summary

Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions.
  • Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
  • Assess resident health status, including recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
