Role SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pro Vita Care Management, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions.
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
- Assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $41.35 per hour, along with a working bonus of up to $3000 for dedicated hours. We also provide relocation support with up to $2,500, a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities for continuing education and advancement within the organization.
