Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and require attention to detail.
