At OpenRoad Auto Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Mobility Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers upon arrival and verify appointments
  • Complete Service Loaner Contracts with customers
  • Coordinate Service Shuttles for customer drop-off and pick-up
  • Track loaner usage and maintain quality control
  • Oversee and coordinate repairs of loaner vehicles
  • Schedule and track loaner vehicles to ensure availability
  • Maintain rental vehicles and provide weekly status reports
  • Drive the courtesy shuttle when needed
  • Maintain the flow in the Service drive
  • Clerical duties such as balancing daily cash and bank deposits
Requirements:
  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver area
  • Previous experience with fleet and loaner vehicles is an asset
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team and work independently
