Executive Search Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment initiatives for executive-level positions and contributing to the development of talent pipelines throughout Canada and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment and delivery of executive search services for open positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referrals
- Conduct research and sourcing to identify top talent for executive-level positions
- Evaluate and interview candidates, present shortlisted candidates to clients, and coordinate interviews and materials for the search committee
- Facilitate candidate selection and offers, and complete the hiring process
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored search processes
- Provide excellent customer service to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least five years' recent, related recruitment experience preferably in the recruitment/staffing agency or executive search industry
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work and balance multiple activities concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas persuasively, and deliver formal presentations
- Ability to utilize a variety of relevant software applications at an intermediate level, including current word processing, spreadsheets, databases, ATS/CRM software, and internet search tools
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and general human resources principles and best practices
