About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Stage Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective management of our beauty services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Manage and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive sales.
  • Client Experience: Oversee the delivery of exceptional client experiences, ensuring that every client interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable.
  • Service Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our beauty services, including the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs to ensure that beauty advisors have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that our store visual merchandising is aligned with company standards and supports the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels. Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop talent to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
