Barista - Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee beverages, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages with precision and care
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff and ensuring efficient store operations
  • Foster a positive, community-driven atmosphere in line with the café's values
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
  • Passion for coffee and customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
