Marketing Communications Specialist

Mosaic Convention Centre is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Communication Strategies
Design and implement communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
Evaluate Communication Strategies and ProgramsAssess the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare Written MaterialDevelop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
Perform Administrative TasksProvide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
Conduct Comparative ResearchResearch and analyze marketing strategies and tactics to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Prepare Reports and Research PapersDevelop in-depth reports and research papers on marketing topics, including industry trends and best practices.
Act as SpokespersonRepresent Mosaic Convention Centre in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Coordinate Special EventsPlan and coordinate special events, including conferences, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
Conduct Public Opinion SurveysDesign and implement public opinion surveys to gather feedback from our target audience.
Gather and Prepare Communications MaterialCollect and prepare communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other marketing collateral.
Conduct Analytical Marketing StudiesDesign and implement analytical marketing studies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Design Market Research QuestionnairesDevelop market research questionnaires to gather data from our target audience.
Evaluate Customer Service and Store EnvironmentsAssess the quality of our customer service and store environments, and make recommendations for improvement.
Design, Conduct, and Analyze Research ProjectsDesign, conduct, and analyze research projects to gather data and insights on marketing topics.
Develop Marketing StrategiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to achieve our marketing goals.
Requirements- Availability for Shift or On-Call Work
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Availability for Advertised Start DateMust be available to start on the advertised start date.
Student StatusMust not be a student.
Legal Ability to Work in CanadaMust be legally able to work in Canada.
