About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Saint Paul University. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web advertising.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and viewbooks.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and open houses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
