About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Canada Nails. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising and promotion strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Work closely with our management team to identify market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.

Client Communication and Support

Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing Materials and Collateral

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other promotional materials.

Event Planning and Coordination

Coordinate and execute special events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Media Relations and Outreach

Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and other key stakeholders to promote our brand and services.

Contract Administration

Prepare and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as marketing or business.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in a marketing or client services role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Personal Qualities

Client-focused, organized, and flexible, with a strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
