Training Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Manager to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee training, including qualification processes, trainer development, budgeting, planning, coordination, and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training materials and programs to meet the needs of our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Coach and Mentor Training Facilitators: Provide guidance and support to our training facilitators, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in delivering training programs.
- Manage Training Budgets: Oversee the development and implementation of training budgets, ensuring that we are making the most effective use of our resources.
- Collaborate with Site Leadership: Work closely with our site leadership team to determine training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Measure Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our training programs, ensuring that we are achieving our goals and objectives.
- Post-Secondary Education: A degree in Adult Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Training and Development: A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
