About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Dhesi Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as removing bones from meat and cutting poultry into parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Prepare special orders
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

- Hand-eye co-ordination

- Hours: 40 hours per week
