  • Minimum of two years related experience in the helping field, with a strong understanding of community-based resources.
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
  • Satisfactory Child Abuse, Vulnerable Person Check & Criminal Record Check.
  • Ability to speak Anishinaabe is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and team skills.
