Sales Team Lead

Carmichael Towing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales team members, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, working closely with the sales team to achieve goals.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
