About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
