Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
