Food Service Team Lead

BREM15 INC is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Source and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
