Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
