Food Service Supervisor

BREM15 INC is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Manage Inventory and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
InitiativeTake ownership of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week.
