About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales-related activities, such as preparing sales materials, coordinating sales calls, and providing customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, processing orders, and resolving any inventory-related issues.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
