Your Role

As a Seasonal Customer Consultant, you'll be part of our dedicated team of consultants who offer advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy. You'll get to learn about our products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to experience a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our products, which are packed with natural ingredients sourced through Community Trade programmes.
  • Learn our customers' needs and recommend any of our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel good.
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
