- Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Oversee and manage the digital database efficiently.
Familiarity with the following software is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
Applicants should have:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- A commitment to a permanent employment opportunity.
- Proficiency in English as the working language.
- A standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
