Job Summary

Lally Bros Holding Ltd is seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution
    • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Quality Control
    • Examine welds and ensure that they meet company standards and/or specifications.
    • Determine weldability of materials and recommend suitable alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintenance and Operations
    • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
    • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
