About the Role:
The Senior Prosecutorial Coordinator (P&DC) plays a crucial role in high-stakes law enforcement investigations. This position is centered on the evaluation and safeguarding of sensitive information collected by law enforcement agencies. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, editing and obscuring multimedia files to protect confidential information, assisting in the preparation of Disclosure packages, and collaborating with legal representatives for critical vetting decisions. Occasionally, the P&DC may lead new investigative initiatives, which may involve travel with the investigative team to address urgent investigation needs.

Work Environment:
As part of the Major Case Management team, you will specialize in the Information Management of significant, intricate investigations undertaken by law enforcement across the region. You will collaborate closely with law enforcement personnel, providing essential support, training, and expertise in managing information related to major cases such as drug trafficking, homicides, financial fraud, and organized crime. Your contributions will be vital in creating electronic Disclosure packages for criminal prosecutions. Strong attention to detail, effective task management, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are essential skills, as you will frequently reassess priorities in the midst of ongoing investigations. Exposure to sensitive materials may occur in the course of your duties.

Essential Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE:
(EX1) Recent experience with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and relational databases.
(EX2) Recent experience utilizing advanced features of Adobe Acrobat Professional, such as document merging, batch processing, and editing markups.
(EX3) Experience in editing digital audio and video files to obscure sensitive information.
(EX4) Experience in delivering presentations and/or training to diverse audiences.

Knowledge and Skills:
(EK1) Understanding of policies and procedures related to vetting practices.
(EK2) Familiarity with legislation, policy, and case law concerning disclosure.

Abilities:
(EA1) Effective oral communication skills.
(EA2) Proficient written communication abilities.
(EA3) Capability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Operational Requirements:
