Your expertise will have a positive impact on people's lives, and you will contribute to the financial security of our members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans to facilitate the insured's recovery and return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.
- Communicate with various parties to gather information and make informed decisions regarding claims.
- Approve and adjudicate claims, process waivers of premium, and determine the period payable.
- Prepare documents for claimant interviews and review claims with medical consultants and the legal department as required.
- Process disability claims in accordance with the terms of the group insurance contract.
