Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective intervention plans to facilitate the insured's recovery and return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.
  • Communicate with various parties to gather information and make informed decisions regarding claims.
  • Approve and adjudicate claims, process waivers of premium, and determine the period payable.
  • Prepare documents for claimant interviews and review claims with medical consultants and the legal department as required.
  • Process disability claims in accordance with the terms of the group insurance contract.

  • Advanced intermediate proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools
