Job Title: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Research and develop human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and other human resources programs.
  • Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on employee benefits, health and safety practices, and recommend changes to improve our organization's overall well-being.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective operation of our HR department.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
