Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our Burger King team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and basic security clearance.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
