Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing tailored solutions and fabulous experiences to our members, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, and always being learning and adapting to change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, and make recommendations to members
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset

Language Requirements

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
