- Effectively sell Aesop products through hand demonstrations and drive commercial outcomes.
- Participate in and contribute to a team environment, demonstrating a history of successfully working with others.
- Utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry trends.
- Work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum availability of 3 full days per week.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
- A generous product discount allowance.
