Junior Process Improvement Specialist

Join our dynamic team at Capital One as we seek a motivated individual to fill the role of Process Improvement Specialist. This position is ideal for new graduates who are enthusiastic about enhancing operational processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute strategies for process enhancement to boost efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to initiate innovative projects, including the launch of new services and digital enhancements.
  • Utilize methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to oversee and refine operational workflows.
  • Stay informed about compliance standards and ensure that all documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to assess and improve process effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma practices.
  • Proficiency in coding and data visualization techniques.
