Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at RTL Royal Terminal Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with service providers for preferential rates and services.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

The Logistics Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
