Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Wayahead Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that logistics operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
