The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.

  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution or at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Empathy and respect for clients' needs, ensuring a compassionate approach to service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
  • A clean criminal background check and bondable status.
