Assa Industrial Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily tasks, managing inventory, and leading a team of warehouse workers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including workflow design and space utilization.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to minimize stock shortages or overages.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of receiving, shipping, and storage activities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse management principles and proven experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week
