About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Organic Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Staffing and Development: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail operations role.
  • Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
