We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessment Consultant to join our team at Altus Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert property assessment and tax consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct independent research to gather market data and trends, and contribute to the development of market research reports.
  • Valuation Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of property valuations, including financial modeling and data analysis, to provide accurate and reliable results.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries, providing updates on project status, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and other deliverables.
  • Appeals Support: Assist senior staff in managing the appeal process, including preparing evidence submissions, conducting research, and analyzing data to support appeals.
  • File Management: Manage client files, including organizing and maintaining client data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Business, or Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property assessment, tax consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
