Job Title: Tax Consultant

Altus Group is seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our Vancouver team. As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert property assessment and tax consulting services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results with minimal oversight from senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for property valuation and assessment.
  • Prepare and present complex reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property assessment and tax consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
